How can I make Affidavit (non-relation certificate) from Indian Consulate in Dubai/UAE?
Non-relation Certificate is required at the Immigration only if the Maid is from same nationality of the Sponsor. Separate Affidavit should be made for each spouse.

- Passport copy of Sponsor, Spouse and Maid
- Original passports of Sponsor and Spouse
- Affidavit Form will be filled by attestation centre staff (IVS)
- Attestation Fees Dh80 (including typing by IVS staff)
