Documents Required

• Original Passport with photocopy of page 1,2,33,35 and visa page and additional booklets if any.
• Form EAP-I
• Personal Particulars Form (if the passport is issued by other Passport Issuing Authority)
• Six recent Photos (not older than 6 months, no uniform) with white background with dark dress and frontal view (5cmx5cm). Ears, forehead to chin to be completely visible.
• Copy of Emirates ID, Labour Card or Health Card.
• Signature should be done with black ink
• Fee: Dh341 (including all fees)
• Time Taken: 5 working days (for Dubai issued passport/Tatkal renewal)
• Time Taken: 40 working days (renewal of Passport issued by other Passport Issuing Authorities)
